After Duelist Kingdom, she meets up with Yuugi, Sugoroku, and the others demanding the return of the card. However, upon learning of the card's damage done by Seto Kaiba, she angrily challenges Sugoroku to a duel. Yuugi steps in to duel her instead.

Rebecca is an American dueling prodigy who gives Yuugi problems during their duel. But when he is about to win, he forfeits the duel. Eventually, Rebecca learns from her grandfather about the circumstances of the card, and she becomes friends with Yuugi as he gives her a "Ties of Friendship" card as a symbol of friendship.

Nowadays, Rebecca has turned her exceptional computer knowledge to use, assisting in archeolgical digs in Egypt, helping researching the lives of the the pharaohs and uncovering long buried secrets. In between digs, the young woman also takes part in local Duel Monsters tournaments, and enjoys a bright social life.
